The agreement between you and AEVA Labs when using AEVA.
By creating an account or using AEVA you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.
AEVA provides an AI-assisted operating layer for personal and business tasks, including agents, automations, CRM and document tools. Features evolve over time; material changes will be communicated in-app.
Accounts are personal. New accounts include a 14-day free trial of the Basic tier. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the trial.
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown before checkout and charged through our payment providers (Stripe globally, Cashfree in India). Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Do not use AEVA for unlawful activity, to send unsolicited bulk messages, or to reverse-engineer or resell the service. AI outputs are suggestions — you remain responsible for actions you approve.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, AEVA Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
